Clinic scheduling with WhatsApp booking

WhatsApp booking for patients. Clear schedule for your clinic.

Let patients book, reschedule, and cancel through your connected WhatsApp number. Give reception and doctors one workspace to manage appointments, offer cancelled slots, and follow visits from arrival to checkout.

For solo practices and multi-doctor clinic teams. WhatsApp booking requires a connected clinic account and messaging setup.

Clinic workflows

The work your front desk does every day, in one place

Patients handle routine bookings on WhatsApp. Your team handles the rest from a shared schedule.

Create your clinic

Offer cancelled slots to waiting patients

Find suitable patients on the staff-managed waitlist and send time-limited offers.

See which appointments a change affects

Review affected bookings before approving doctor leave or changing clinic availability.

Follow the visit through the clinic

See who has arrived, who is being seen, and which visits still need an outcome.

Keep family appointments separate

Link guardians and dependants while keeping each patient's record and appointment history separate.

Booking and changes on WhatsApp

Once WhatsApp is connected, patients book, reschedule, or cancel in the chat, with no app to download.

Reminders when you turn them on

Send appointment reminders from your connected WhatsApp number, following each patient's messaging preferences.

How it works

Get your clinic ready for bookings

Setting up your workspace and activating WhatsApp are separate steps, so your team can start preparing right away.

  1. Step 01

    Create the clinic workspace

Add your clinic details, timezone, and booking rules.

  2. Step 02

    Add doctors, services, and hours

Set each doctor's services, appointment lengths, and working hours.

  3. Step 03

    Invite your staff

Give reception, doctors, and managers the access their role needs.

  4. Step 04

    Connect WhatsApp

Link your clinic number and complete the required messaging setup.

You can configure your clinic before WhatsApp is ready. WhatsApp activation depends on your account setup and required approvals.

Choosing a plan

Pick the plan that fits your doctors

Plans are based on active doctor profiles. Staff accounts do not use a doctor slot unless that person also has an active doctor profile.

  • Solo PracticeOne active doctor profile, for independent practices.
  • Clinic TeamFive active doctor profiles, for multi-doctor teams.
  • Enterprise NetworkFor hospitals and medium to large clinics: custom branding and scheduled backups, arranged with our sales team.

Solo Practice includes one active doctor profile; Clinic Team includes five. Additional doctor seats are available.
